Monroe County Vacation Ordinance allows two persons to sleep per bedroom and two persons to sleep in the living room.

Recreational Vehicles are not allowed on Condo Grounds at any time. RV's are not allowed to park overnight in any private home subdivision.

Please know that we will charge $50.00 for lock-outs, $50.00 each for lost keys and/or gate passes. additionally we may charge $100.00 if we must visit the property for inappropriate behavior, infringement of condo association rules and/or monroe county vacation rental rules relating to excessive noise, unregistered/allowed guests and/or excessive vehicles. Second visit by Vacation Properties Agent and/or Sherriff's Department may cause immediate cancellation of rental with no refund of any monies.
